Our Mission

Our mission is to produce naturally lean beef cattle that are locally and humanely raised in northeastern Pennsylvania. At our farm, take great pride in raising our Hereford cattle with the utmost care. All of our cattle are born and pasture-raised on our farm, without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.

The Hereford breed, easily recognizable by its red body and white head, is known for its strength, hardiness in cold weather, and docile temperament. Originating in Herefordshire, England, Herefords were introduced to the United States in the mid-1800s and have since become recognized worldwide for their efficiency, resilience, and ability to produce high-quality beef.

We maintain a closed herd to ensure the health and well-being of our livestock. This means we do not buy or borrow cattle from outside sources, which helps minimize the risk of introducing disease to our herd.

Our Hereford cattle freely roam our pastures, grazing on lush, nutrient-rich grass, and are never exposed to chemicals or growth hormones. We prioritize keeping them in a stress-free environment, allowing them to thrive naturally.
